At Greta’s Guns, we are committed to delivering your firearms and accessories in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our procedures and guidelines.

  1. Shipping Destinations:

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Some states and local jurisdictions have specific restrictions on firearm and ammunition sales. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with your local laws and regulations.

  1. Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods for our customers:

a. Standard Ground Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

b. Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

c. Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day.

Please note that expedited and overnight shipping options are not available for all items or locations. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  1. Shipping Firearms:

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. When purchasing a firearm, please provide the contact information of your chosen FFL dealer during checkout. We will contact the FFL dealer to verify their license and coordinate the shipment. The customer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer.

  1. Order Processing and Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

  1. Shipping Restrictions:

Certain products, such as high-capacity magazines and specific firearm models, are subject to state and local restrictions. It is your responsibility to be aware of these restrictions before placing an order. Greta’s Guns reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may follow our return policy to return the item for a refund.
