About Us
The History
Greta’s Guns was founded by Chris Biller, a 29-year veteran with the Los Angeles Police Department, who realized a gap in the firearms market in 1994. Chris had a passion for firearms and found himself frequenting many stores in Los Angeles but always felt the need for a more customer-oriented Gun Store. This led to the birth of Greta’s Guns, named after his beloved Rottweiler, Greta.
Starting from a small strip mall, Chris’ vision and tenacity saw the company grow substantially. Within a decade, he purchased a property across town and built his dream store, where the business continued to flourish.
In 2012, Mike Iley joined the team as an entry-level salesman. Displaying unparalleled dedication, Mike quickly became an integral part of the business, gaining a substantial following and climbing the ranks. By 2019, he was given full control of the business operations as the General Manager.
The Future
Chris passed away in July 2021, and left the legacy of Greta’s Guns in Mike’s capable hands. Since then, Mike has propelled Greta’s Guns to new heights, nurturing the company to grow year after year.
Mike believes in creating a welcoming experience that is truly geared towards the customer. His vision and commitment to excellent service have culminated in an incredible team of passionate individuals at Greta’s Guns who go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels at home and satisfied with their experience.
Today, Greta’s Guns stands as a testament to Chris’ vision, Mike’s leadership, and a team devoted to their customers.

We pride ourselves on offering an impressive assortment of guns and providing various services, including firearm repair, custom gun building, shipping and receiving guns for dealer-to-dealer transactions and serving as an 07 FFL Dealer/Manufacturer.
