Return Policy

At Greta’s Guns, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality firearms and accessories. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a purchase for various reasons. To ensure a smooth return process, please carefully read and follow our return policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

a. Be in its original, unaltered, and unused condition. b. Have all original tags, labels, and packaging. c. Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. d. Be within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that all firearm sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping. Ammunition sales are also final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Procedure:

If your item meets the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

a. Contact our customer service team at info@gretasguns.com with your order number and reason for the return. b. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. c. Package the item securely, including all original packaging materials, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. d. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@gretasguns.com and wait for further instructions.

5. Restocking Fee:

Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply to returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Denied Returns:

Greta’s Guns reserves the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our return policy requirements. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
